SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. D Style Cut is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided.

All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees associated with your purchase. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Custom items are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our items, there is no refund or exchange.

Please contact us at hello@dstylecut.com if you have any problems with your order.   

For special requests, orders can be canceled when we are in the design process (cancellation fee will be applied). Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Items that arrive damaged:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@dstylecut.com with a picture of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of receiving. Once this information is received, we will create and send a replacement as soon as we can. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund, only replacement.
